proc\u00e8s-verbal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:400\">Interrog\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;absence du fonctionnement des commissions valid\u00e9es lors du conseil municipal du 4 avril 2026, la maire a r\u00e9pondu qu&rsquo;elle \u00e9tait centr\u00e9e sur la <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">gestion du quotidien <\/mark>depuis le d\u00e9but de sa mandature.<br>Or, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">une commission \u00ab\u00a0Travaux\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e <\/mark>et deux gros projets sont actuellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude : <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">la cuisine centrale et la maison des associations<\/mark>. <br>Elle aurait pu <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">\u00eatre convoqu\u00e9e<\/mark> pour pr\u00e9senter l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;avancement avec tous les documents (plans, devis, plan de financement, dossiers de demande de subvention, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file has-border-color has-light-green-cyan-border-color\"><a aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-border-color has-vivid-red-border-color has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color fonds d&rsquo;Equipements des Communes  soutient les projets d&rsquo;investissement des communes de moins de 1500 habitants, notamment pour des op\u00e9rations urgentes, exceptionnelles ou de faible montant.<br>Dans le d\u00e9partement des Landes, la priorit\u00e9 est donn\u00e9e aux projets ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant pas d&rsquo;autres subventions publiques.<br>Les communes doivent pr\u00e9senter leur dossier de demande lors de la r\u00e9union cantonale annuelle.<br>Le montant de la subvention demand\u00e9e pour Ygos Saint Saturnin est de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">6.679,00\u20ac<\/mark><\/strong><br>Madame la Maire explique qu&rsquo;il y a un montant minimum pour l\u00a0\u00bbinvestissement qui est de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">8.349,00\u20ac<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-362e534febba7b8747c78ce2661c6821 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:400;text-indent:0px\">Pour ce projet, le mat\u00e9riel envisag\u00e9 se compose :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-primary-hover-color signes de fatigue)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fa0f42981fc05937c8e9238587341871\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:400\">d&rsquo;une autolaveuse &#8211; balai<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2d717428fdf3fb672384f2cada068e42\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:400\">d&rsquo;un aspirateur dorsal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">10.198,58\u20ac TTC<\/mark><\/strong> <br>soit, pour la commune apr\u00e8s d\u00e9duction de la subvention, si elle est accord\u00e9e, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">un reste \u00e0 charge <\/mark><\/strong>de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">3.519,58\u20ac<\/mark><\/strong>.<br>Il n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 dans le proc\u00e8s-verbal si l&rsquo;investissement serait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 o\u00f9 la subvention ne serait pas accord\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr micro-cr\u00e8che associative \u00ab\u00a0Les Min&rsquo;Ygos\u00a0\u00bb g\u00e9r\u00e9e par l&rsquo;association \u00ab\u00a0A petit pas\u00a0\u00bb :<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-97e804b6fb743bfa941e5a3625ec16ca Selon les propos de madame la Maire, des informations auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises \u00ab\u00a0tardivement\u00a0\u00bb. <br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Aucune pr\u00e9cision <\/mark><\/strong>n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite sur <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">la nature <\/mark><\/strong>de ces informations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p d&rsquo;objectifs<\/mark><\/strong> (<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">CPO)<\/mark><\/strong> laquelle est <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">obligatoire<\/mark><\/strong> pour toute subvention <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 23.000\u20ac<\/mark><\/strong> conform\u00e9ment aux textes l\u00e9gislatifs et r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur.<br>Pour m\u00e9moire, lors du conseil municipal du 04 avril 2026, madame la Maire a parl\u00e9 d&rsquo;un montant annuel de 24.000\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-hover-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e95a003e95336f6b076a48d2a3be4562 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:400;text-indent:0px\">\u2794   La demande de subvention et cette convention imposent que l&rsquo;association fournisse des documents notamment sur <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">ses r\u00e9sultats financiers<\/mark><\/strong>, comme le pr\u00e9voient les textes l\u00e9gislatifs et r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">contrairement aux propos retranscrits <\/mark><\/strong>dans le proc\u00e8s-verbal de madame la Maire.<br><br>Madame la Maire indique qu&rsquo;elle pourrait proposer la convention d&rsquo;aide financi\u00e8re \u00e0 la micro-cr\u00e8che au prochain conseil
